La Perdrix

La Perdrix is a deceptively spacious (60sqm) and comfortable gite with an open plan kitchen, dining and living area, featuring original wooden beams and exposed stone walls. On the ground floor adjacent to the kitchen you will find the main bedroom with a king size bed and a lovely bathroom with a full bath and shower over the bath. Both the bedroom and living area opens out onto the private terrace which is equipped with table, chairs, parasol and sun-loungers. Both gites overlook the stunning heated pool and peaceful countryside beyond. All linen, bathroom towels & WiFi are provided free of charge.

Kitchen and dining
The well-equipped open plan kitchen features good quality fixtures and fittings, an electric fan oven and hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, cafetiere, large fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. Complimentary tea & coffee, sugar, cooking oil and some herbs are provided also.

Living room
The comfortable spacious, open plan, double height living room features original oak beams and exposed stone walls and has been tastefully decorated throughout. You will find a smart TV together with some games and books for your entertainment.

Bedrooms
Bedroom 1 on the ground floor has a king size bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers and a wardrobe. It has it's own separate door opening onto the private terrace overlooking the pool and countryside beyond.

Bedroom 2 upstairs on the mezzanine has 1 double bed and a small wardrobe.

Bathroom
The modern bathroom is equipped with a full bath with shower over the bath.

Heating
The gite is double glazed throughout and there is a wood burner in the open plan living kitchen area which heats the whole gite. There are also electric wall heaters in every room if needed.

Guest entertainment
Free high speed WiFi, so bring your own devices.
Play petanque/boules on the purpose built pitch under the magnificent oak tree.
Board games, cards, books etc in the gite.
Miles of quiet, picturesque walking and cycling tracks straight from the door.

Garden and outside
The grounds around the gites have been beautifully landscaped to enhance the beauty of the natural countryside around the property. The range of flowers, shrubs and trees attract an abundance of wildlife, including swallows, owls, bats, buzzards, kestrels, humming bird moths, numerous butterflies, moths, lizards and geckos.

Other things to note
The pool is shared with guests from the neighbouring gite and occasional guests in the B&B. The maximum number of guests allowed on the property is 14. There is plenty of space and shaded areas around the pool to relax.
